Universal Human Relevance System (UHRS) is a crowdsourcing platform owned by Microsoft, the workers there are referred to as judges, There is a variety of tasks to be completed on this platform – from data labeling, website testing, scoring search engine accuracy to voice recording comparison and validating sections of documents and more. They are known as micro-tasks, meaning they come in a large number, but each one is usually small and quick to complete.

You can get UHRS access through 3rd party companies like like Clickworker, Appen, Oneforma and several other websites since Microsoft doesn’t hire for the workers themselves.
